Burn after reading

By in observation

I waited on that windy Old Vic corner this morning. You didn’t show.
I raced after one poor chap, and then headed for the bridge.
Sheep poured into the tunnels. Heads down in some other literary reality.
When I’m Up North I look at the sky. My neck is strong and my view uninterrupted.

Feeling calm.

Inspiration

By in observation

Between the thick cotton wool clouds and the tops of the autumn trees, the sun leveraged an entrance and put up a rainbow.

Every little bit

By in observation

A waste of intellect, yours and mine.

  • Would you like help with your packing?
  • Do you have a club card?
  • How are you today?

Insult the staff. Insult the customers. Tesco. Every fucking bit dumbs you down.

Winter morning

By in poetry

Rain falling over slate grey town. Dealing with idiots dumbs me down. Walking in the dark morning the same as the past.

Snow

By in letters

I can’t stand it, I can’t stand it. I’m going to snap. Not the weather. Me. It rains down from the sky. The children are traumatised. Why don’t the government install fans to blow it away? Why?

It’s all too much for me to take…

PS. That article in the Guardian newspaper about Radiation was a bit weird e.g. “is radioactivity really bad for you….” Earm killed Marie Curie and her husband so I would say YES.

PPS. Intelligence fades in and out of society. Probably linked to immigration/emigration.
